Kunststof (PU) gietvloer

Wat is een PU gietvloer? Een PU gietvloer is een vloer van polyurethaan, oftewel: kunststof. Een gietvloer soort die licht elastisch is, vloeistofdicht is én bestand tegen zuren. Epoxy gietvloer

Een epoxy gietvloer is een van de hardste gietvloer soorten die er bestaat. Epoxy is een ijzersterke mix van polymeren. Eenmaal uitgehard is deze gietvloer kei en keihard. Daardoor bestand tegen vetten, gevaarlijke stoffen en de druk van grote machines en voertuigen. Bovendien is deze gietvloer vloeistofdicht, antislip en slijtvast. Perfect voor een magazijn of industriële ruimte, als een fabrieksgebouw of bedrijfsloods.

Gietvloer met betonlook

Niet zomaar op zoek naar een gietvloer, maar specifiek een gietvloer met betonlook? Dat kan. Een gietvloer met betonlook is een PU gietvloer waarbij twee kleuren gemixt worden tot de vloer het uiterlijk krijgt van beton. Oftewel: de betonlook. Zo zorgt de gietvloer voor een professionele en moderne uitstraling. Deze soort gietvloer is vloeistofdicht, naadloos, slijtvast en zwaar belastbaar. Zeer geschikt voor kantoorruimtes, restaurants of showrooms.

De epoxy gietvloer is hard en extreem slijt- en stootvast. De PU gietvloer is zachter en biedt meer comfort.

Wat kost een gietvloer?

Volledig vloeistofdicht dankzij professionele installatie

De werkplaats vloertegels worden aangebracht met volledige verlijming aan de ondergrond. De liplasverbinding van de PVC-tegels wordt verlijmd met een koudlasmiddel en vervolgens thermisch afgelast. Hierdoor ontstaat een volledig vloeistofdicht vloersysteem dat bestand is tegen olie, chemicaliën en vetten.
